Preparation for work
Before the first start, remove the frying panels and the grease tray – and rinse thoroughly in water with any detergent. Then we dry it or wipe it dry – and set it back. If necessary, lubricate the surfaces with vegetable oil – but this is not necessary, since they are coated with a non-stick coating.
To use it effectively and safely, the grill must be located on a firm, level surface. There should be no foreign objects around it within a radius of 20 cm: during operation, the device actively emits heat energy, and also needs an air supply for circulation.
Important! When switched on for the first time, a small amount of smoke may form. This is completely normal, as internal metal parts are coated with a preservative at the factory, which will burn out during use.
Cooking food
The grill must be preheated before starting to cook. To do this, close the top cover and set the appropriate mode with the temperature controller:
